Strategic planning should be a process that engages all stakeholders and moves the organization forward. Yet much strategic planning is just the same old, same old, using SWOT analysis and coming up with the same issues. Our strategic coaching process engages stakeholders, not just leadership and focuses on creating Flourishing Organizations© and moving beyond success to impact!

What does it mean for an organization to be flourishing?

The Flourishing Organization© creates positive deviance. Positive deviance is dramatically exceeding the norm and outperforming competitors. We focus on six specific areas that lead to positive deviance:

Our strategy coaching process begins with our proprietary Positive Performance Index© that will help assess how your organization is performing in the six areas of a Flourishing Organization©. We will then engage management and employees in fleshing out the results of the assessment and help you implement strategies for flourishing.

With over 30 years of experience working with businesses, boards, nonprofits and institutions and churches Mike can assist you in developing a game plan for success.
