Group and team coaching applies The Monk Principles© at the organizational level, helping leadership teams understand how they lead together and what kind of culture they are intentionally shaping. This work blends Benedictine wisdom with modern organizational insight—most notably the Competing Values Framework (CVF)—to bring clarity, balance, and cohesion to teams navigating growth, complexity, and change.

Using the Competing Values Framework, we assess your current and desired culture across four critical dimensions—Collaborate, Create, Compete, and Control—and explore how these tensions are being managed (or avoided). The Monk Principles provide the moral and strategic compass that guides this work, ensuring culture is not shaped by accident, personality, or pressure, but by shared values, virtue, and purpose.
